    Vaisnavi Jariwala is a seasoned entrepreneur and a creative leader with a strong background in art, design, and luxury craftsmanship. In 2018, she founded Sinara, a distinguished luxury jewellery brand that reflects her passion for design excellence and timeless aesthetics.

    With formal studies in art and design, Vaisnavi has developed a refined eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of jewellery design, enabling her to combine traditional artistry with modern sensibilities. Under her leadership, Sinara has positioned itself as a brand that blends creativity, quality, and exclusivity, catering to esteemed clientele who value both innovation and heritage in fine jewellery.

    Building on her entrepreneurial journey, she has now decided to expand into the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segment, leveraging the established expertise and operations of Green Day Motors and Traders FZCO.


  • Finance Director

    Shravan serves as the Finance Director at VSK Motors and Traders FZE, overseeing the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and capital stewardship. With more than 12 years of progressive experience across international, multi sector environments, he has led finance functions for diversified groups, midsized enterprises, and high growth startups operating in manufacturing, distribution, and trading.

    He brings deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, Audit, and Taxation, with a proven track record of strengthening financial controls, optimising capital structures, and enabling sustainable growth. His leadership is characterised by disciplined financial management, data-driven decision making, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

    Shravan has successfully built and managed cross-functional finance teams, forged partnerships with global brands, and supported executive leadership in longterm strategic planning. His experience spans multi jurisdictional operations, giving him a nuanced understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and governance standards.

    He contributes to the organisation’s broader strategic agenda by aligning financial priorities with business objectives, enhancing performance visibility, and enabling informed board level decision making.
